|Recommended: YesGrateful for the experience — Overall not a bad place to live it all. Very nice amenities and location, but the building quality gets worse the deeper you look. There’s cracks in the roof and floor and maybe 1 3 elevators work at a time. Staff is very nice though.
|Recommended: YesMaintenance staff is great. — The maintenance staff fixed all our issues in a timely manner. The property staff helped us to the best of their ability when dealing with unforeseeable issues, such as a flea infestation.

|Recommended: YesGreat location- Responsive staff — There was a lot of construction renovation underway when we moved in last August and there were a few issues initially with the auto pay in the resident portal. They completed the renovations and ironed out the portal issues. They have also been very responsive on maintenance requests. The only caution is that parking garage is pretty tight, however availability of a spot is rarely an issue.
